Just love this pic! Apo Whang-od (also known as Whang-od Oggay) is a Filipina tattoo artist, who has been applying her art since she was fifteen years old. She claims to have turned 100 years old in 2017, but has no valid documents to substantiate this. There have been proposals to instate her as a National Living Treasure. In spite of most young people no longer being interested in learning the art of tattoo now, she is currently training her two grand-nieces.
